Custom workout plan

Whether you want to workout at home or the gym, we will create a customized plan that allows you to shed fat and build strength and muscle, without spending 3 hours a day in the gym. In fact, most clients only workout 3-4x /week! Workouts are delivered exclusively through our APP where you have to CHECK IN for your workouts, so we know whether or not you are doing them, haha.

Custom Nutrition Plan

Together, we will create a detailed nutrition plan that fits in to your lifestyle and helps you reach your goals. Our goal is to teach you to understand nutrition that we VEGANS need to get to our results as quickly and efficiently as possible and in a way thats SUSTAINABLE and NOT CONSTRICTIVE and in alignment with your powerful beliefs that we don't need to kill animals. We teach you FLEXIBLE DIETING to improve your relationship with food and be confident you can enjoy foods and live at an athletic and healthy body fat percentage YEAR-ROUND. We will teach you how to eat for your goal body, provide recipes, nutrition audits, and constant feedback. Don't take advice from coaches, friends and family that don't understand the VEGAN lifestyle.

Mindset Course

Not only will we show you what to do, but we will teach you WHY it's important and HOW to do it consistently. As your coaches, our job is not only to make you look good, but to help you FEEL great. So, we will also teach you how to feel happier, more confident, and show you how to have fun while losing weight and building muscle so that you can love your body AND your life. Even more importantly, we teach you to create and become the person you want to be. Who is the BEST version of yourself, what does that look like and how do we get there? You will have DAILY access to Ken, Tara and the coaches so we can get you the support when you actually need it and you can feel fully accountable for your actions knowing someone is looking over your shoulder.Each week you will upload a weekly checkin form updating your progress. We provide response AND COACHING CALLS, MASTERMINDS and INTENSIVES in either community wide, office hour, or 1-1 format so we can get you the support you need in order to progress quickly and effectively.

10 years ago, we started our fitness journey with nothing but a passion for health, strength, and living life on our terms. We didn’t know anything about coaching, business, or how to turn our passion into a career.

Ken

For most of his life, Ken Lamprecht struggled with chronic inflammation, hypertension, and the frustration of feeling “skinny fat” — carrying extra weight in his belly while lacking the muscle he wanted. But after going vegan over 10 years ago, everything changed.  

Ken didn’t just get healthier — he got stronger than ever, building more muscle in the last 10 years than he did in his entire life before that. Through a science-based, plant-powered approach, he transformed from a guy who felt stuck in his body to a thriving athlete and competitive bodybuilder.  

Now, Ken is on a mission to shatter stereotypes about vegan strength and performance. By living the proof, he’s showing the world that vegans can be jacked, powerful, and unstoppable.

Tara

Tara Lamprecht has been animal-protein-free for 18 years, proving that strength, muscle, and peak performance are possible on a fully plant-based diet. With a 13-year career as a professional dancer, she developed an unmatched level of discipline, body awareness, and resilience — qualities that fueled her transition into competitive bodybuilding.  

In November 2024, Tara earned her pro status, winning the FMG show in Mexico and solidifying her place as a top plant-based athlete. Now, as a vegan pro bodybuilder and strength coach, she helps others break past limitations, build muscle, and achieve elite-level results — without compromising their values.

HOW TO APPLY

1. Fill out a Coaching Application

Due to overwhelming interest, spots for coaching are limited. We get the best results for our clients, and have to be selective with the VEGANS we work with. Therefore, in order to work together, you need to apply and let us know how serious you are about transforming your life.

2. Phone Interview

If your application is approved, myself or a member of my team will reach out to book a call. We will discuss your current situation, obstacles and goals you have and how we can help you bridge this gap. We will help you determine what YOU need in order to be successful.

3. Acceptance

If you are accepted into the program, you will be invited to join right away! No more delaying your goals. Please only apply for this program and hop on a call with us if you are ready to take action. This is not for those who want free advice or to 'dip their toes in the water.
